The 34th edition of Sunny Side of the Doc, the international marketplace for documentary and narrative experiences, will take place from June 19 to 22, 2023 in La Rochelle. Several networking events as well as presentations and project screenings will be organized for all key players in the documentary industry.

Telefilm Canada and its partners are joining forces in a trade mission under the umbrella of the Canada Pavilion during Sunny Side of the Doc and will be offering an array of services, meeting areas, promotion tools and special rates for accreditation. The goal of this initiative is to increase the visibility of Canadian companies in the documentary industry as well as helping them find partners while promoting their projects to an international audience. 

Canadian delegates registered under Telefilm Canada can receive a discount of up to 20% on the purchase of a Full pass.

Following their registration under the Canada Pavilion, Clients from Quebec will be contacted by SODEC to receive the SODEC registration link and delegation rate.

Sunny Side of the Doc is currently looking for strong and original projects in development or production, with appeal to international broadcasters, co-producers and other funders for its 2023 edition.
