Selection process

The programmers will be screening feature-length narratives and documentaries.

All films entered through this process that meet the eligibility criteria for the festivals for which they were submitted will be screened by the festivals' delegates.

The selections for the Sundance and Berlinale are managed by separate organizations. The delegates representing these festivals will screen the films submitted for their respective festivals separately.

Final decisions will be announced a few weeks prior to the festivals.
Only feature-length fiction and documentary films are eligible. Short films must be submitted directly to the respective festival websites.
